wow

Ok, I just ate my pumpking yogurt with a crumbled Kashi Pumpkin Spice Flax crunch granola bar in it. WOW. Talk about the difference volumetrics makes! I ate the whole thing, really expecting to only eat half, but the pumpkin and all of the stirring made it so much lighter and fluffier than 9oz of yogurt by itself. Kath estimates the recipe at 100 calories. I would say mine is about 180 with the Kashi bar broken into it.
And now I'm full. I'm hoping I won't feel hungry again before it's quittin time!
