My afternoon snack...around 3pm.
Dinner. My husband wanted steak and tater tots (he is an idahoan afterall) and I wanted sweet potatoes. So we did both. He cooked the steak..I like how you can see the steam coming off of it. The sweet potato was cooked in the oven in a roasting pan, drizzled with olive oil and seasoned with salt, pepper, and chile powder.
I have a heart shaped baking pan, that I'm going to try out Jenna's ( www.eatliverun.com) Olive Oil Cake recipe in...right now!
