mmm..pitas.

So, in my attempt to not let these wonderful pitas go bad, I knew I needed to use one up for my lunch today, so it works out that I also wanted to use the leftovers from dinner last night. In my pita is..baby spinach, steak strips (about 3oz) and left over sweet potatoes.

mmm..half eaten food...


Also, carrots and red bell peppers...
On the second half of my lunch break I went to the store and bought Super Foods Health Style. I'm so excited to start reading it.
When I got back from the store..I was still hungry..so I hate most of this ginormous granny smith apple.
