My workout was pilates this morning, and my oatmeal held me until 11am. An hour later than cardio..even though according to my online calculator..I still burned a decent amount of calories. Maybe it was due to all the crazy at work this morning.
Here is aprox. 1.5 cups of popcorn...microwaved..."home style" so it's has a light butter flavor
I forgot to pack a whole wheat tortilla with my lunch, so I only have left over salad from last night. I need to run out to the store..so I might grab something with grains in it. I also have yogurt with jelly again.
