the daily review

Mmm...oatmeal:walnuts, dethawed frozen peaches, flax, and cinnamon. 8 am

Mid morning snack...around 10:00am grapes and half of the Kashi TLC chewy bar I found in my desk.


Lunch, Water bottle, veggie container: sugar snap peas, green bell pepper and carrots, and a "burrito" made from left over vegetarian refried beans, bell peppers, and ground turkey.

Snack! I found this flavor of Larabar (banana cookie) half of at this new healthfood store that I ALWAYS forget about. This flavor has the most protein 6g and calories 210 of any of the flavors I've tried.

I also made brownies for desert..and they smell like they are about finished!

Oooo, I've never seen the bbanana cookie flavor, yummm.
