Success....I have posted all meals!
Had this Larabar as a snack at 3:00pm...I was STARVING. clearly not enough protein today.
I couldn't decide what to make for dinner..so we had a "salad bar." I opened a bag of greens, cut up bell peppers, pears, cucumbers, carrots, shredded colby cheese, and opened a bag of cashews. I also made a homemade salad dressing, as well as set out some bottled stuff that I don't eat. Grilled up some chicken breast...and called it good! I had two bowls of salad...
