So, I just read a chapter in "Fit From With In" about waiting last night. Right now, it's almost 10am, and after a hard workout this morning.....I can tell that my body is going to need a snack before my noon lunch.
10am is the time that I usually eat my snack. Right now, my mind is telling me "Time to Eat!" but my body is saying ' I"m less full than when I finished my oatmeal, but I'm not quit ready to eat yet."
So...today I'm learning to wait.
Right on!! I loved that chapter too. I also used to eat by the clock.
